K.P.B Hinduja College Of Commerce was founded in 1974 by late Shri Paramchand Deepchand Hinduja who was a harmonious blend of philantrophy and mercantile activities. He believed in setting aside a portion of profits from his buisness for charitable activities, especially in the field of education and healthcare which he considered as the fundamental right of every human being.
